Palace Digital Studios Tapped for Audio Mix/ Sweetening for Learning Channel Series on Quintuplets

South Norwalk, CT—Palace Digital Studios handled the final audio mix and sweetening, legalizing and color correction for the four-part series “Quintessential,” which aired on The Learning Channel. The series was broadcast over four consecutive weeks late in 2007.

Palace’s Audio Engineer Chris Nelson did the audio mixing and sweetening and Online Editor David Russell did the legalizing and color correction.

"Quintessential," a production of Stamford, Conn. based New Screen Concepts, tracks the lives of a couple from the Midwest who had quintuplets December 21, 2006. New Screen brought the project to Palace for color correction and final audio mix and mastering for broadcast on The Learning Channel.

New Screen’s Executive Producers for the series are Louis Gorfain and Hank O’Karma. The series is directed by Hank O’Karma, written by Louis Gorfain, and produced by Amy McCampbell Baluzy. Executive Producer for TLC is Mark Poertner.

Palace Digital Studios, based in South Norwalk, Conn., provides audio and video production and post production, computer graphics design and animation, and multimedia production services. Palace also houses a multipurpose theater and TV and film production soundstage.
