Palace Production Center Earns "Best Of Public Service" Award
The Advertising Club of Westchester presented its Norm Liss "Best of Public Service" Award to Wendy Lambert, chief operating officer of South Norwalk-based Palace Digital Studios for a video Palace created for the Connecticut Chapter of Make a Wish Foundation. The award-winning piece, produced by Lambert, and directed by Tom Moore, focuses on the wish of Jay Patrick, a 12-year-old resident of Darien, Conn., who asked for and received a trip to the New York Yankees’ Spring Training. The award is given in honor of Norman Liss, former life member of the ACW, who gave more than 25 years of dedicated service to the Ad Club. Norm Liss’s son presented the award to Lambert at the 40th annual Advertising Club of Westchester “Big W” awards event. The winner is determined by the highest scores given by the judges in the public service and pro bono categories.
